After Dell Opitplex SX270 in switched on, this is the mesage that pops up.

Phoenix ROM BIOS PLUS 1.10 A06

Secondary drive O not found
Strike the F1 key to continue, F2 to run set up utility.

How do I correct this?

Factory made computer, 4 years old, problem started 2 weeks ago, no new additions to system

More info needed...
OS, how old computer, factory made, self-made, how long ago your problems started, any recent hardware/software changes, etc.

I think, this is gonna take some time, because I've met this "Strike the F1 key to continue, F2 to run set up utility" issue before, and this is that kind of situation where different solutions work for different people.
I'm sure more people will chime in here, I'll do some search, but you have to go through some readings as well:

I think you'll find it's not "drive Oh" (the letter O, that comes between N and P) but rather "drive 0" (drive zero, the first disk drive on the
system).

I think you will further find that said disk is either well on the way to HDD Heaven, or already gone there. It asked you to fetch a priest about 2 weeks ago.
