I am new here. I read the first message and searched for an identical message so I wouldn't trouble you all with a redundant message, but I couldn't find one so I am posting my own.
My mom has a PC desktop with Word 2002. It works alright, but at my work I have Word 2007 and I want to upgrade her to Word 2007.
We also do not have Xcel spreadsheet at all. We have some lame spreadsheet that kind of works, but does not print.
I have contact Microsoft directly but would prefer your feedback as opposed to someone at Microsoft or Best Buy (which would be our next two stops).
