This means a program that was being installed was interrupted...who else uses the machine ? ?
Have you just let it run like that for awhile so it may give a clue to what program ? ?
Because it happens in IE i would suspect an online game or something of that nature...

my parents and brother uses the machine aswell, so they might have downloaded something. it doesnt tell u want kind of program its downloading, it just started yesterday.
