Computer to boot straight to windows

How do you make your computer boot into windows instead of having to wait for it  to go through the process of mouse installed, keyboard installed & etc.

do you mean using the windows as fast as you can without loading it?

Don't know what you're talking about. My PC does not do that. Most peoples computers don't do that. Sounds like maybe you have bad problems. If you seriously want help you should give more details.
