make songs automatic play when windows load

ok, i saw it once in my friend computer,after the computer load the windows xp, without doing anything a song automatically played.how to do that?

hm...i already install it in windows 98, it seems installed without error, but how on earth i can use it?i run the music start now.exe and the program load, lot of option but when i click every single of it, nothing seems happen, it's just clickable.....

I have no idea. I just found that link. Maybe it's not compatible with Win 98.
