Followed GMAIL's instructions perfectly and still can't figure out how to make it work.

note: I'm using outlook express.

anyone els have problems like I'm having right now?

Incoming:
pop.gmail.com
Port 995

Outgoing:
smtp.gmail.com
Port 587

Double check these settings.
Note: You may want to leave your SMTP settings with your ISP settings...try it both ways.
