plz help!!!!!!

ok here goes, im new to computers so  bare with me plz.. ok when i turn the com on i click on internet explorer. most of the time, nothing comes up for ages, like a minute.. when the page does come up it take ages to load and always freezes..

its drivin me nuts.

Have you deleted Internet Explorer's browser cache ??

Internet Explorer 6:

Click on the Tools Menu, click on Internet Options, click on Delete Files and Delete Cookies.

Internet Explorer 7:

Click on Tools, click on Delete Browsing History and click on Delete All.

Mozilla Firefox:

Click on Tools, click on Clear Private Data, select Cookies and click on Clear Now.
