Windows Screen Saver issues

When I bought my HP laptop my screen saver worked.  Now it doesn't. It is set to start on pictures from a picture hard drive but wont.  I have Vista. Please help

    Thanks.  I read over the link you gave and it seems that it will do the trick.  Printed it out and will take it home this afternoon.
