microsoft exchange unavailable??????

So I had some problems with my outlook not opening when I had to put a updated version of office ON.  Since it didnt work I went back to a restore point I set up earlier and I still have no luck. Every time I try and ipen outlook up I get MICROSOFT EXCHANGE UNAVILABLE. Does anyone have any ideas about this problem???

System Restore won't fix your programs, and even more, some programs installed after the date of Restore Point, you used won't work.
You have to uninstall/reinstall Office.

I did that and I still get the same message microsoft exchange unavailable???

What Windows version? What Office version?

it is windows XP nad microsoft 2003.
