I am aware that my CPU is running warm typically 48 - 65, so I downloaded Speedfan to keep a check on it.

When I looked through all of the system detail that Speedfan shows I found that my 12V line is currently running at 4.86V.

Is that normal ??

    No, that is from the 5 volt live. The 12 volt line is yellow.  :D
