what can I do when the system (XP) lose the file (ntldr).
so I can't login my system without format.

there is no need to format your system, the only thing that can solve the problem is that just install another window xp on your system, it does not require formatting.

let me know if it works.

the other step might be somehow cumbersome.

You might want to just out in your xp cd and boot from it.

After that read the instructions carefully and try to fix it  NOT FORMAT IT.
