reinstalling video drivers

windows xp pro , intel core 2 cpu , intel GMA 3000. I have been having a problem with my screen shrinking into the task bar when im gaming in full screen mode . I was told that re-instlling my video card might help, the only problem is Ive never done it and dont even know where to begin. Can anybody give me a hand . THANX

Is this a laptop or desktop?
If it's a desktop this should be the driver you need. Download the file and run it.
If it's a laptop you need to get the driver from the laptop manufacturer's website.
