Power Management Event Option
« on: November 21, 2007, 08:59:55 PM »
I recently purchased a Fusion5 PCI-E HDTV card and in order for the auto timer to work the instructions want to know if my motherboard supports the PME option?
I have a Dell Dimension E521 and all I can find out as far as the motherboard is concerned is it is a HK980/CT103, but no idea who makes it so I can get a manual and Dell has been no help and I find nothing in the computer on line manual to solve this problem.
I am just a novice, but hope someone can answer this question for me.  I have a feeling it does and if it does do I have to change any bios settings as opposed to rewire, per the instructions, if it does not or just plug it in load the current available driver and everthing should work if it supoorts PME?
Any help in this manner would be greatly appreciated.  If you like you can e-mail me at [email removed to prevent spam]
