My laptop always restarts whenever I try to upload a video to ANY website. This is so annoying. I make home videos and post them, so you can see why I'm agitated. I had some problems a year ago when my computer would shut down every three minutes or so with that blue screen and I had to send it back to where I got it and they replaced everything so all my pictures and videos were erased when they replaced the hard drive- which made me sad.
I'd hate to have to have my computer replaced all over again, since this is getting expensive and I don't even know what the problem is.
Can you help?
