what is Swedish keyboard template for something?
It looks like keyboard cover:

do you think this cd
Press International Multilanguage
will work? like install some swedish letters in ex microsoft word?
I'm not sure what CD you're referring to, but you don't need to waste your money for any CD to type in Swedish.
If you follow my link:
http://jonasmartinsson.50webs.com/keyboard/index.htmand set up your Swedish keyboard from within Windows, you'll get an icon in your taskbar, which upon clicking on will change your keyboard layout from English to Swedish, and back.
While you at Swedish keyboard, it's just a matter of pressing extra "hotkey" to type Swedish letters.

BTW, your English is fine, as far as "English as a second language" person like me can say.
