Primary video Adapter is set to PCI th other selection is AGP/Onboard
In that case, you'll have to go back to BIOS, and switch primary video to AGP/onboard. Because your video CARD (Radeon) is AGP type, it'll autimatically disable onboard video.
Do that, restart, go to Device Manager, and see what is on, what is off under Display adapters.
