How to connect speakers

I'm trying to find a way to connect the speakers from my stereo to my computer. The stereo has 2 RCA jacks (left and right). The speakers just have 2 wires coming out of them. My computer has a standard line out, line in, and microphone. It also has some kind of "digital output", it looks like an RCA jack and it's orange. Can I connect the speakers to my computer somehow?

You can't simply connect your stereo speakers to your computer. They have to be powered somehow.
You can connect your computer to your stereo, though, and using stereo speakers that way.
