Actually it's "disable plugin"...

In case your's are wrong use these settings in Properties under the E-Mail scanner tab:
POP3 port 10110
SMTP port 10025

    I recommend you go to your AVG configurations and check your mail setting in AVG configuration. It might throw you a light, why you couldn't send/receive mail in your outlook express. Good luck to you on your holiday season.
