Pre Boot Blue Tooth

So my roommate has screewed me she currently got a virus on my computer and it won't boot. Normally this isn't as big of a problem but my roommate also threw out my wired keyboard and so all I have is my bluetooth wireless keyboard and mouse. Does anyone know if I can get bluetooth to work preboot? So I can reinstall windows.

Any other ideas besides getting a keyboard from a friend would be greatly helpful.

bluetooth is the same as usb. it wont boot on startup because it is not controlled bu bios, it is controlled by bluetooth

This depends on the year of the computer

What year is the computer from, and what version of Windows do you have?
