Domain Log on not allowed
« on: December 11, 2007, 09:27:07 AM »
I am having an issue where the domain will not allow me to log on ???, it does not effect all computers, just a few. The computer is from a different timezone but is set correctly for it's current timezone. When I unplug it form the network I can get logged in and then reconnect the network cable and I have a full connection. I need to fiqure out what is causing this. Anyone have some thoughts? ::)

where is this network, home/work e.c.t. The timezone wont affect the domain logon process. do you have a firewall installed?

It is the work domain, the issue suddenly popped up as well, here is exact what it says:

"The system cannot log you on now because the domain NAMEHERE is not available"

I was able to fix this for one person by resetting their password.
