UNABLE TO VIEW DROP DOWN MENUS ON A WEB SITE
« on: December 14, 2007, 03:30:35 PM »
I am using Windows XP Home Edition with Internet Explorer 7. When I visit the Chelsea Plus web site i.e. http://tv.chelseafc.com/  and log on using my Username and Password I am not seeing the various drop down menus which links you to the other parts of the site. I have been in contact with the support team for the site and they suggested at first it is to do with Javascript  and the last email I had from they suggested it was to do with ActiveX controls. I am at a complete lost as to what to do next,so that is why I have joined this forum in the hope that somebody with the necessary technical background can help me solve this annoying problem.

Get Firefox, and see, if same thing happens.

Thank you Broni for your tip. I have downloaded Firefox and I can now see all the drop down lists etc. Once again many thanks for your help, but I am still curious why I cannot see the drop down lists when using Internet Explorer.

You're welcome.
That's why people dump IE, and switch to Firefox.
As for your IE curiosity, you can try to reset, or reinstall it.
