    Problem with asus p5k
    « on: December 18, 2007, 12:20:36 PM »
I just bought a ASUS P5K and it will only boot exactly every other time I power it up. When it does not boot both LEDs stay lit and there is no video output. Any ideas on what is going on?

I've had a similar problem with my wife's computer that I built earlier this year.  It will come on but no video, no POST.  I just turn it off/on a couple of times and it works.  Sometimes it's a P.I.T.A. but we just live with it.  Contrary to popular belief...this isn't a perfect world  :P

honvetops - I only have 1G of RAM in her machine.
