    problem sending message to outlook

    The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'yahoo.com', Server: 'yahoo.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

    Was trying to send a message to someone through outlook and this is the response i got. And i have never used outlook so i have no idea what this means.

    can someone translate :)

    Well, obviously, you've set up a Yahoo mail account in Outlook.  Can you provide a link to the source of instructions you used to setup the Yahoo Mail account in Outlook?  Do you have a paid Yahoo Mail account, not just the free one?

      yes i have a paid yahoo account.

      i clicked on the link . that was suppose to be a yahoo emain address and an outlook express window poped up. i sent the email that way and i already posted what i got from that  ???

      This means the Yahoo account isn't set up properly to be the main account in Outlook...
