problem sending message to outlook

Was trying to send a message to someone through outlook and this is the response i got. And i have never used outlook so i have no idea what this means.

Well, obviously, you've set up a Yahoo mail account in Outlook.  Can you provide a link to the source of instructions you used to setup the Yahoo Mail account in Outlook?  Do you have a paid Yahoo Mail account, not just the free one?

yes i have a paid yahoo account.

i clicked on the link . that was suppose to be a yahoo emain address and an outlook express window poped up. i sent the email that way and i already posted what i got from that

This means the Yahoo account isn't set up properly to be the main account in Outlook...
