IMAGE ON SCREEN IS SIDEWAYS

I have a problem with looking at my screen as I wen to turn to on my computer the image is sideways.  What can I do to correct this>

    There are probably some shortcut keys tied to your display drivers, which when pressed change the screen.  Just google the driver, or videocard model you're using, and it should turn up a good result or two.
