Counter-Strike: Source

I recently got CSS, but every time I try to connect to an Internet Server it says;

"Your version does not match the servers, Please restart the game".


I have read many forums and found no real answers. I'm guessing my version needs an  update, if so how can I get it?

hi there, i think you need to change your counterstrike source with its version, try to download the counter strike source 1.19 on server scout. by the way, where did you get your counterstrike source? what version is that bro?

I got counter-strike source from a shop. I don't know what version it is. I'll try to download 1.19 later on when I have time.
