nothing shows up on the screen

this computer wouldnot turn on so i put a new power supply in that did not fix it then i put a new mother in. then it came on but nothing came on the monitor. so we put a video card in it same thing nothing on the screen all wires ram cd-rom floppy all new wires. please help

Have you tried another monitor or tested the monitor on another computer?

What flavor of Windows ?
Are you saying you replaced the MBoard ?
