AiO software removal

hi all, i couldnt  find anything under a search here, my problem is i uninstalled HP software from a used comp i just purchased, i keep getting somekind of AiO on the screen at start-up i cant get rid of - any ideas how to get rid of this? thx- john

Did the problem start after you uninstalled the HP software? What was the name of the software you uninstalled?
What do you mean by AiO?
What error messages (if any) do you get?
What version of Windows is installed on the computer?
