hello,
my monitor has these black marks on it, i don't think they are dirt marks as i have tried to clean the monitor yet they stay. when i do try to wipe them with a cloth they disappear for a few seconds and then gradually reappear.
the marks are only noticeable on a white background.
is there a way to get rid of these marks any help would be much appreciated.
