PC run Raid 0 ( 2 x 80G SATA harddisk) 'NTLR is missing' presents

normal power off last night, but 'NTLR is missing' presents on the monitor...

Anybody could let me know how to recover the data?

I'm a beginner, pls make the answer simple & easy to operate!  Thanks in advance! :P
