another lost password

We have windows vista and my wife has lost her password and can't log into her account. I can log into my account. Is there anyway to get back into her account?

Yes I have a recovery cd but I dont want to lose all the information on that account.

    Why not log on to your account, get into User Accounts and change her password there?
