Problem with Symantec 7.0.0260

I was trying to reformat my computer with symantec ghost. When i placed the CD in the rom ro reformat, i always get an error saying Error 437 saying it can't open ghosterr.txt. I have no idea how to reformat my computer now. Can anyone help?

Did you install the program properly? Have you contacted symantec yet?
