What is the brand name and model number of that wireless access point?

I still don't get how you're connected to the internet. Do you get your internet connection through cable, the phone line, satellite or wirelessly through something like Wimax?
What is the exact error message utorrent is giving you and where in utorrent does it appear?
Have you tried the port tester in utorrent? Options --> Speed Guide --> Test if ports are forwarded correctly.
If you fail that test you most likely have a router you need to configure in order for utorrent to work properly.

                i have wireless connection.
the error message is "no incoming connection, unless the icon turns green, it could indicate a problems with your network configuration.
                and i failed that test.
mmhh... if i get another torrent but this time i will not use utorrent. is there another software like utorrent that i can download for free?

I doubt you will have much better luck with other bittorrent clients. This smells like a network problem, not a problem with utorrent.

                    utorrent.

Like Deerpark said, this probably isn't a problem with utorrent. It's probably a firewall or network setting.

I will not recommend another client simply for the fact some client downloads have spyware/adware and I do not know for sure which do and which don't.

                      ...

                      Yep.
Has he examined his hardware and told us the brand name / model number / anything  about his wireless?     ... maybe I overlooked it.

I did see where he said it is not a router,   but I wonder....      I know one person that insists that the Westell 6100 DSL modem is not a router, because it has only one ethernet out connection.    When I flipped it over and showed that "router" was printed on it,  even that didn't help.   :P

With that experience,  anything is possible.

So - I'm wondering if he really does have a router and hardware firewall.

With more info on his stuff,   he could then go to :
                      http://www.portforward.com
to see if it is listed there,  for instructions.

The other possibility is that if there are no seeded torrents he is after there will be an error message which he may be misinterpreting...

how do i know if i am connected through router? actually i am not aware with that. and how could configure a firewall or router to connect my torrent? because the message in my torrent said "not connectable, a firewall/routeris limiting your network traffic. you need to open up a port so others can connect to you"

how can i open a port? and what firewall will i configure?

Look at your equipment.   Get the brand name/make/model number/anything you can find   and post it here.
I see above that Deerpark already asked you this.
