i have a prob

i have a toshiba laptop and when i log off i get two probs that slow me dwn and dont know how to rid myself of them.

What do mean by "two probs that slow me dwn"?  What happens?

yes.  an error box pops up in the middle of the screen and says it will now shut dwn.

Download, and install Quick Startup: http://www.glarysoft.com/qs.html
Go File>Export, save report, and paste it into your next post.
