Canon i550 not printing very well...

I have had this printer for about two years.  It has never printed really well in COLOR since after about the 1st six months.  But, it prints OK in B & W which is what we use it for the most.  I have used ORIGINAL Canon cartridges and OEM but it doesn't matter.  I have run the cleaning program NUMEROUS times and the DEEP cleaning program too.  It still won't print the colors in the TRUE colors !! The blues and reds are not the right hue !!   This as supposed to be a fairly good printer when I bought it .  Any solutions??

Where do I do that - the Canon site I assume - and what would that do ??

Installing a new driver is always step number 1 in troubleshooting devices.
Your driver is HERE
Uninstall old driver, first.
