PC trouble shooting

Hello,,
My problem is regarding the hardware i brought.
My mother Board is VIA VT8235 and i bought a PC 133 SDRam 256 and Video Card FX 5200 128.
and the problem now is even i format my hard drive is so slow opening any file or any program,,
Could you help me to detect what is the problem is,,,?

sounds like a dying harddrive. my last dying harddrive did exactly that.
