    Issues updating the Trend Micro Scan

    I receive an error message when trying to Update the Anti virus "Unable to connect to server. There may be a problem with the server or Network."

    Im using the Trend Micro Office Scan V 7.3
    Engine version 8.500.1002
    Windows XP SP2

    What could this be?
