Please Help

I have been getting this message for almost 6 months now and I cant seem to figure out what is going on.

When I go to certain websites I get a pop up that says this:

INTERNET EXPLORER
Do you want to allow this page to paste information from your clipboard?

I know the site and I have tried disabling different things, I have cleared cookies & files. I don't know what else to do and it is becoming really annoying because it wont let me go past that. It doesn't matter if I hit yes or no it comes back and freezes my page.
