Symantec email problem....help!!!

I'm not familiar with Incredimail. You'll have to check its settings. Does that situation happen with all of your mail, or with just some people?

It only happens with these two people because they are the only ones I reply back and forth with.

Maybe they have some malware on their computer, which causes this.
Last time, we checked, your computer was clean.

As I said, I know nothing about Incredimail.
Why don't you use, either Outlook Express, or Thunderbird for a couple of days, and see if same thing will happen.

I really don't want to use another email program because I love Incredimail so I've been trying to solve this problem.  I learned one thing from this.  Once you have Symantec installed on your system there is no way you are going to get rid of it!!!  It's there forever no matter what you do!!  I have emailed Symantec and they keep giving me the run around.  I emailed Incredimail and they don't have an answer.  Tonight I went into my backup file.  When I got this computer about three years ago I had my computer guy    take the drive out of the old one and install it into this one for backup.  Tonight I looked into my backup files and sure enough there was a Symantec folder.  Now wouldn't you think when you did a whole procedure to remove Symantec from your computer that it would be gone!  Oh no it isn't.  It's there folks lurking forever.  I don't know if this has solved the problem yet.  I have asked friends to email me to test it out.  Film at 11!!!!

Beware of Symantec!  I never had a problem deleting any other program and the weird thing is I didn't have a problem until recently which is three years later!!!

Well I just found out that I am still having this problem.  I would like to take Symantec and wring it's ugly neck.  I don't know what to do now!  I just want to freaking scream!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't remember all installation steps, but it's a donationware, which means, you can skip paying.
