    Problem when conecting mouse to laptop

    My laptop have strange problem when connect mouse to it. After loading  Windows even the most little movement of the mouse bring real chaos on the desktop.Multiple windows is opened,programs is starting and other thing.When disconnect and connect mouse again when laptop is on the problem disappear  but when i turn off the laptop and turn it on again the same problem is happened again. And i must connect and disconnect mouse every time when i start laptop to work propеrеly.Why is happened that ?My laptop is Panasonic CF 27

    What type of connection are you using for the mouse? Is it USB or the old school connection? If its not USB, try using that one instead. 10 bucks for a USB optical at Frys. Also change your sensitivity settings in your control panel.
