No, my only other computer is my lap top, unless a friend of mine with the same type of computer will let me install it in his, he also has a Dell.
BTW, installing a WDM driver didn't help at all.

Try your friend computer, if possible, then. Otherwise, we won't know, if there is anything wrong with the card itself.

Well Broni my friend, after all the problems with that capture card, all the downloads, patches, and all the help you offered, was all for nothing, I just sent it back today, it was dead.
I'd like to thank you for all you did in trying to help me with it, I will be getting another one, and I'll let you know what happens with that card, who knows, it might become a Frisbee.
