help please!windows 98 install

hi there,i got a 2nd hand compact presario 2262,im trying to install win 98 but all i get is

i have no idea wot to type here,i have set the boot priority to cd rom but it doesnt do anything,wen i do type something it gives the "bad command pr file name"
i can get into windows start up menu with the 6 options but i wouldnt have a clue wot to do there either
help please getin frustrated

Is Windows already installed? Do you want to keep the current Windows and programs (if already on the disk) or start afresh? If you're starting afresh, you will need a bootup disk, 98 cd with serial key and driver disks (especialyl graphics card drivers).

The link posted by Merlin can help you start afresh but you say you get a Windows start up menu... Windows could alread be installed, just hiding?
