trying to watch a movie online but......

I was trying to watch a movie online, it was dowloading for a little bit then everything just froze.......Usually, when I let the entire movie download it would let me see the progress...but that's not the case, now it would just freeze after downloading for 3minutes.....and in order for it to work again I would have to leave it alone and do not touch it.....

I hope you guys could help me out because it's REALLY ANNOYING
