i just wanted to know, is there any way to name folders and .txt documents with special characters like / \ * etc.

*Note im using windows vista but im not sure if that will make any difference. Im guessing all Windows OSs wont let me name folders and documents with special characters.

      Correct, you can not use those characters in the filename. You can use ! @ # $ % ^ & ( ).
