MSN, paypal, ebay : Server not found page displays

Hello,

For four days now I have been unable to access MSN, paypal, ebay and all other sites where log in is necessary. A "Server not found" page displays after logging in.

Otherwise, I browse through Internet well.

 I have checked settings, so I think, in my laptop computer without success.

Do you have any ideas ?

The issue was fixed by a computer troubleshooter services provider near home but we did not ask him how.

We have Bitdefender firewall, the Windows firewall is desactivated.
I do not know the Internet Explorer version.
