ok so luckily i got all the parts and wires to fit... and yesterday i was able to boot it up 3x and go to bios...

but when i closed it i used the i/o button on the power supply.... and after that i open to case to check if u can manually boost the fan speed on the video card.. then i plugged in the video card again.

when i try to boot it this morning the moniter didn't turn on  but all the lights and fans turned on. i checked the mobo led and it was on .. i checked the fan on the video card it was on

sooo im guessing the problem is my psu not giving enough power (i heard complaints on newegg that the cpu and video card needed alot of power to run (regret only buying 500W)

or my video card problem

or a mobo problem .... im pretty sure i got all the wiring correct cuz i check bios

and pretty sure the screen works
