    « on: February 19, 2008, 10:28:53 PM »
im having a problem with my ipod, probably has an easy fix but i dont know how to do it.
when my ipod is plugged into my computer, i go to my computer then double click on my ipod and it says "choose program to open with" or whatever. i can get past this easy by just going up to the slide down bar and chosing my ipod from there, but not double clicking and its annoying. please help.

You need to give more information.  Are you actually on a mac, and if so.. what version of the operating system are you on?  If you're not on a mac, what version of windows are you running?

When it asks you to choose a program to open with, choose the program, and check the box that says "always use the selected program to open this type of file" (that's not the exact quote, but when you see it, you'll know what I mean).

      That should do it.
