Though I've uninstalled Premiere Elements, ran ScanDisk and Defragment, then reinstalled the software, each time I start it, my laptop restarts. I tried the Adobe Web site, but no help for "outdated" software unless I'm willing to pay. According to the documentation I have, my Acer laptop should be able to run the software, but won't. Can anybody help - please?!
