Cannot reverse keyboard shortcut

I hit ctrl+alt+del and held it down for a few seconds longer than normal. Instead of getting to the stop program area, my screen view flipped so the screen is now appearing to be on it's side. (I don't know how else to describe this- it's vertical rather than horizontal).

Can someone please help me with this? I don't know what I've done.

Try CTRL + ALT + one of the arrow keys.
I think it is left and right you use to change the angle but if they don't work try up and down.
