Incomplete emails

Occasionaly I receive an email and the bottom part of the email is missing. Provider has been no help.
My anti-virus says my computer is clean and SpySweeper has cleaned my computer of all the spyware it has in it's basket of tricks.
Any suggestions will be appreciated

Which E-mail service are you using? Also, are you using web-based E-mail, or Outlook, etc.?
