    Trying to find a game...
    « on: February 27, 2008, 05:39:01 PM »
Does anybody at Computerhope know of any place where I might be able to order online the following game that was made by Epic MegaGames?  The game was released in December 1993.  The game is 'Silverball', a pinball game.  The game came in the format of a 3.5" floppy disk.  I misplaced my original game disk years ago and cannot find it.

Normally, this sort of link isn't allowed because it technically isn't legal, but because the game is considered abandonware, I think we can make an exception...

Thanks, CBMatt, however I have already seen that page myself.  There was another place where the game could be downloaded as well...  (Not posting any links, nor am I mentioning what the site is.)  At any rate, I'm hoping I might be able to find the original release of the game on 3.5" floppies.  I have the belief that the game may or may not be abandonware.  I'm hoping that Epic Games still holds the rights to that game.  I did look at an online ordering site of theirs, and there were pinball games available for special ordering, including 'Epic Pinball', but not 'Silverball'.  Hmm...

Speaking of games that can be hard to find, I'm also looking for the Goblins series of puzzle games, but I've already located them on Amazon.com, so I won't need help finding them.

Ah, so you want an actual physical copy?  I think your best bet would probably be eBay.  I did a quick search and found a few things, but I'm not sure if any of them are what you're looking for.
